There is agreement among the global community that we must achieve greater economic, social, gender, and environmental justice and equity. Despite significant progress, we continue to see the disproportionate allocation of resources, decision-making authority, educational, and economic opportunities. We integrate, embed, and prioritize GEDSI values and practices into every project to correct this imbalance.
